Owncast is a free and open source live video and web chat server for use with existing popular broadcasting software. I've been familiar with OwnCast for some time now. Here you find our brand-new wizard for FFmpeg that can hopefully help you find the specific command that suits your needs perfectly. Try it out, and see where it takes you!
Instructions: Although it's not required, but it does make things easier, start this wizard by entering the name of the file you are working with. Even more optional is to add a second value for possible additional files. Then choose the correct button that best describes what you want to accomplish. Continue and answer the follow-up questions, and/or enter the desired values when asked to input any. At the end, you'll get a customized, working, command for FFmpeg that you can now simply copy / paste in a command prompt from the same folder where the input file is stored.
Also available separately here. Simply download the HTML page and open it in a browser if you want to use it locally. Hope you find it useful! 🙂
